Payment Options
A
.  Pay prior to the start of each term.
B. Tuition Installment Plan are charged a one time fee of $50.00, an initial deposit is required.
C.  Student Loan/Scholarship
Pay only one registration fee for sequential course enrollment .
Master Card and Visa cards are accepted for payment.
Tuition/fees:
1.   Personal checks are accepted for payment. If a check is returned for insufficient funds,
however, the student is responsible for the original dollar amount of the check plus a $25.00
surcharge.  Personal checks will then no longer be accepted as a method of payment.  Cash,
Money Order or credit card will then be required.
2.   Overpayment credits on course accounts will be applied to the next course.  Credits must
be used within one (1) year from the last course date or they will be forfeited.           
3.    Past due payments will be assessed a late fee of $10.00
4.    Their is a pro-rated fee to transfer credit from other approved institutions providing the
criteria are met.
Refund  Policy
Tuition refunds  will be addressed on an individual basis and do not include course materials
or application fees.  An Administrative fee will be charged.
State/Federal Program Refunds
The refund policy for students receiving benefits from state/federal programs shall be in
accordance with the specific agency policies.
Students receiving funding assistance through the Montgomery Bill should request and refer
to the sample pro-rated refund addendum.
Short Program Refunds
Refunds will not apply for programs with fixed class schedules that are shorter than 6 class
days and less than $350 in total cost.
Full Refund
A full refund of tuition money paid by the student shall occur if:  
(a)  The applicant or student cancels enrollment within 3 business    
days under RSA 188-D-23;   Short program refund policy does not apply;
(b) The school procured the student’s enrollment as the result of any false representations in
the written materials used by the school or in oral representations made by or on behalf of the
school.
Partial Refunds
A student who withdraws or is dismissed before completing 50% of a course shall be entitled
to a pro rated refund.  The refund will be less any amounts owed by the student for the current
time period and less a one-time application fee not exceeding $500 or 20% of the program
tuition, whichever is less. Refund requests should be made in writing and forwarded to:
